Ms. Tayyeba Kashfi joined Capital Southwest in 2026. Previously, Ms. Kashfi has worked in Information Technology since 2017, starting her career in end-user support and gaining experience across a broad range of technical and operational functions. She has collaborated with cross-functional and international teams and brings a strong understanding of IT service delivery and its role in supporting business objectives. In addition, Ms. Kashfi serves as a state interpreter, further enhancing her ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Ms. Kashfi earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Oklahoma. In her spare time, Ms. Kashfi enjoys creative outlets that reflect her strong sense of design and her passion for discovering and curating unique pieces.
