Mr. Daniels joined Capital Southwest in 2026 and is a Senior Associate in the Special Situations Group, where he focuses on restructuring and value maximization initiatives across distressed and underperforming portfolio companies. He works with management teams and internal stakeholders to evaluate and execute financial, operational, and strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining Capital Southwest, Mr. Daniels served as a senior associate in Riveron Consulting's turnaround & restructuring group based in Chicago. Mr. Daniels began his career in investment banking, serving as an analyst and senior analyst at Chartwell Financial Advisory, Inc. in Chicago. Mr. Daniels earned a Bachelor of Finance and Marketing from Tulane University and a Master of Business Analytics from Tulane University. In his spare time, Mr. Daniels enjoys golf, fly-fishing, and traveling.
