Ms. Tompkins joined Capital Southwest in 2026 and is responsible for supporting diligence and structuring of new investments. Prior to joining Capital Southwest, Ms. Tompkins spent a summer working for Lazard as an investment banking analyst in the Houston office. She received Finance and French degrees from Southern Methodist University. In her spare time, Ms. Tompkins enjoys running, cooking, and crocheting.
