Prior to joining Capital Southwest, Mr. Kadra was a Summer Analyst at RBC Capital Markets, where he supported mergers and acquisitions in the energy sector. He received a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University. In his spare time, Mr. Kadra enjoys traveling and spending time with friends.
