Garrett Hancock

Mr. Hancock joined Capital Southwest in 2022 and is responsible for sourcing, structuring and supporting diligence of new investments, as well as post-closing portfolio company activities. Previously, Mr. Hancock served in Capital One’s syndicated and leveraged finance group, where he focused on debt origination, structuring, underwriting and execution. He earned a bachelor’s in agriculture from Illinois State University and a master’s in finance at Georgetown University. Mr. Hancock served as a Marine Corps infantry officer with one deployment to Afghanistan. He enjoys golfing and traveling in his spare time.
