Tracy L. Morris, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, Corporate Secretary and Treasurer

Tracy joined Capital Southwest in 2007. Previously, she served as Controller at Best Merchant Partners, LP and Silverleaf Resorts, Inc., and she also served in a staff position with Spector, Way & Company, a public accounting firm. She received a BS in business administration from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant.
