Ally Benson

Ally joined Capital Southwest in 2015. Previously, she spent six years in public accounting with Montgomery Coscia Greilich and Rothstein Kass/KPMG. Her primary discipline was financial statement attestation, with a specialized focus on investment companies, including private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, fund-of-funds and related management companies. Ally also served as a Controller for a hedge fund based in Dallas. Ally earned a BS in Accounting from Binghamton University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Ally lives in Dallas with her two young children.
